Licenses Terms

Welcome to NocodeHat. These License Terms ("Terms") govern your use of NocodeHat’s products, services, templates, tools, and any associated content (collectively, the "Product"). By accessing or using NocodeHat, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License Grant

NocodeHat grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Product for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You are permitted to:

• Use NocodeHat templates and tools to build websites, apps, and digital products
• Modify and customize assets for your own projects
• Use outputs created with NocodeHat for client work

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense NocodeHat products as standalone assets
• Share access (including login credentials) with unauthorized users
• Use NocodeHat assets in a competing product or marketplace
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code (where applicable)
• Use the Product in unlawful, harmful, or abusive ways

3. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Product remain the exclusive property of NocodeHat and its licensors.

Your use of the Product does not grant ownership of the underlying assets, only a license to use them.

4. User Content

If you upload, create, or generate content using NocodeHat:

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant NocodeHat a limited license to store, process, and display it solely to provide the service

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

• Some features may require payment or subscription
• Fees are billed as stated at the time of purchase
• All payments are non-refundable unless required by law
• NocodeHat reserves the right to change pricing with prior notice

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license if:

• You violate these Terms
• You misuse the platform
• Required by legal or regulatory reasons

Upon termination, you must cease using the Product.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Product is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• The Product will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Results or outcomes from using the Product
• Compatibility with all systems or tools

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NocodeHat shall not be liable for:
